As Kaido approached the voting booths on Kyushu planet, he spotted many hundreds of Samuran employees with grins on their face. They glance often at Kaido knowing that the future of Kusari lays within the domain of the Emperor and past glory. Kaido entered his booth and quickly voted for the Reformation party.
