Two types of OORP

Nearly EVERY trader I meet speaks ooRP, and ignores the "Cannot re-enter system", 10 minutes later, you can guarantee they'll be back in the system they died in, send them a message "// You have to stay out of that system", and it's completely ignored because they think they can do whatever they like.

There aren't enough sanctions in the day to deal with them all.

Also the amount of times I hear "YOU CAN'T REENGAGE!!! 2 HOUR RULE" in system (after I kill them), when they are the ones breaking said rule.

Amazing RP, tells me to shoot him and thinks he can just die and re-enter system, no problem coz Re-enforced Alloy is cheap! Typical trader.

2nd time, he re-enters Colorado attempting to supply his base again:
