Within the hour the SCRA had a forensics team within the sarcophagus. The area had been cordoned off and the investigators wore full hazmat suits which had been deprived of any electronics given the nature of the TALOS facility.
Garcia arrived a short while after. "What happened here?" he asked, notably irate that something like this would happen in his facility.
"Field Marshal, it would appear that this man was... poisoned." he said, pausing for a moment. "We believe it was the coffee, though we're unsure exactly what the substance was or how it got there." as he said that however, he glanced towards the screen that had been monitoring the ALPHA Code, giving away his suspicions. "As you can tell, it's quite potent." he motioned towards the body, now monochrome and crumbling into dust.
Garcia frowned and then sighed. "Very well, continue your investigation and clean this mess up."
"Now then, while this is an unfortunate setback, we must continue with our work." he said as he turned towards Komm. "We've managed to... acquire an AI contained in a Drone from the Consensus. It is isolated within Mykolaiv Station, quite a distance from here. Regardless, it provides us with an opportunity to... well, do just about anything with it." he said. "I leave it up to you as to what we do with it. I'm sure that you'll keep the best interests of the SCRA in mind." he said, emphasizing the last part. Garcia knew that while Komm and his associates may not like the Coalition, they were willing to cooperate and share their findings with them. An adequate arrangement as far as Garcia was concerned.
