High Command - those of them who aren't very busy slacking off, that is - announces the following rank adjustments:

Firstly, Capitaine Jaques Fontaine is raised to the rank of Commandant, in recognition of his long service within the Royal Navy's ranks.
Lieutenant Maurice Cornett is raised to the rank of Capitaine.
Sous-Lieutenants Leon Dupont, Mathis Launcelot, and Camille Gabriel are raised to the rank of Lieutenant.
Aspirants Tomiko Himura, Damien Chevalier, and Pascal Baton are raised to the rank of Sous-Lieutenant, following completion of their introductory periods.
