Disco when launching to space

This is my post from December. Offline works perfectly fine. Here is the issue:

Here is what is happening:

The other day, my main character entered Curaco for the first time, as soon as I did, I got the yellow ping warning, and shortly after the red. I was disconnected. I logged, and relogged 5 times, all of which I immediately recieved the red ping, and dropped. About an hour later I tried again, and found myself back on Manhattan. Everything worked fine until I jumped into Connecticiut. Same issue. I was stuck, and got ahold of an Admin, who moved me back to Manhattan. Everything was fine.

Yesterday, I created a new char, while on the planet, I can chat, trade, buy, sell, but as soon as I try to launch, I get the red ping as soon as Space loads. I can fly around for about 30 sec, and see everyone chatting. However, I can not chat, nor dock. Everyone can see me however. Then I disconnect.

Today, I started from scratch, deleted my chars, uninstalled the mod, deleted the mod, uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game, and mod, let microsoft give me a new id#, and same issue. every time I launch I get 1 yellow ping flash, followed by about 30 sec of red, and a disco. I would really like to play, and be a part of the community, however, I am at a loss.

System:
Windows Vista 32bit - firewall, and defender disabled, also running as a full admin account, Freelancer is in Windows XP compatability mode.
AMD Athalon 3200+ ~2.0ghz
1022mb ram
2 GeForce 6600gt PCI express running single gpu SLI
Netgear Wireless Router WNr854t - This computer is wired to the router, not on wireless. Also, ports 2300-2400 are manually opened on the router for freelancer. I am using port forwarding, however the connection pings fine to yahoo, or through testing.

150ms ping time to discovery servers

Also today, I read and followed the problems with vista tutorial, didnt work. In the beginning, I was able to play fine, then these problems started. Any help would be great, thanks.
