afraid to say, your rant is false. - both factions have failed to counter the vocal majority back in the days ( about a year+ ago ) - and both were addressed not once but multiple times via skype. - i know it, cause i tried to get them to fight for their stuff.
If someone wasn't able to be active a year ago, it doesn't mean nothing is changed. Obviously, your own created polls says otherwise.

We have got solution how to solve "too much of nephs" is limit them to SRP and official factions, just like with Khara.
But of course, you don't give a damn, because it won't nerf real Zoner players(who using a zoner cap and not abusing them), but your goal seem to be in this.
