Information about upcoming Zoner changes

Eh....
After reading that PM, I'm going to have to go with Jinx on this one.
I also haven't actually seen any legitimate reasons why they shouldn't be charged actually. Just loads of angry words and angry poll results.
From what has been seen, Zoner caps have and do cause a lot more harm than good. In this argument, the negatives outweigh the positives. I do feel for the official Zoner factions, regarding their input on this may have been minimal. At least, I feel the official factions need an edge. They're the people who have shown they can use their caps properly.
People should be refunded for these though.

@Gytrash you can't compare Zoners to house militaries. Comparisons like that are just ridiculous, and it's comparisons like that which have ushered this discussion in initially.
