The Padua Liberty Rogues recently ventured into Shikoku and found it to be a nice change from Liberty, and the Liberty forces. Although the Kusari military and police forces have been known to try and force Padua Liberty Rogues back into Liberty, they often demand their pants and taunt the pilots before fleeing the scene, either further into Kusari space or back to the safety of their homes.
