Information about upcoming Zoner changes

You can't have fun roleplaying Zoners without capitals that logically shouldn't have ever existed* in the first place? You have a colony ship now that also happens to have immense amounts of firepower. You will have a colony ship after these changes, except you can now no longer farm Marduk NPCs with it. Fortunately, you can now fly it into house space without getting kicked out by the local law enforcers. Less firepower, more freedom to go where you please. Seems like a decent trade-off to me.

*) Yes, yes, I know, there are other minor factions out there that shouldn't have caps either. This is, however, a step in the right direction.
