* Thunderer places two Dunkirks in front of Freeport 1.

Jokes aside, Jinx is getting better and better at ship designing, but I do think that it's a bit unfair to remove the Zoners' battleships, since most of them weren't for any change. This being done, only one of the mentioned two groups can logically be pleased, or none.

Although I would like Freeport 1 being undefended. (devil)
