Could anyone tell me what is the current situation and the extent of that RP at this point if possible?

Since Planet Primus is now an AI planet, there are no longer "monkeys" on that base.

Sorry to shoot your idea down, but as far as lore is concerned, they never existed.

The AIs established a base of operations and the monkeys fearing a new invasion retreat and strat to study them in secret, pretending to be a primitive society.

Even if that is the problem it will only imply a few extra lines in the story. The real discusion is this:

I second that, instead of bringing back the Monkeys we should actually work on getting the AIs active (as there are currently though, some groups, unofficials and officials have become aware of this). They seriously have way more potential then Monkeys (no offense). It ain't bad realy, I've had the same thing on mind like "weren't there monkeys in Primus?" but then I saw the AIs and was like "screw the monkeys" , AIs rule! Seriously, there are so many different factions, check out the unofficial Faction section, so many trying to bring new Factions into the game, but there are a hellton of actual existing factions in game which nobody is using. Instead of bringing new ones, first things first, the ones already existing should be used.

Allow the primus to exist or not. The rest are just details.
