Please take in mind that this plan was made more than a year ago, about the time before the 4.87 update, it can still be modified to go different ways. And only recently was it accepted by people in the Rheinland Budestag.

The notion was not Republican building the lanes, but buying the parts from Gallia and then recycling the current ones with assistance from DHC and ALG (outside of the Ageira parts that most likely wont be studied due to everyones comments already on DSE and Ageira respectively).

This project in total is similar to the Great Works projects of FDR in the United States during the depression. What better way to get people back to work than retrofitting an entire lane network that is falling apart due to the conflict with Liberty?
