I think there used to be a system where people did this, but having to RP for your ships was considered to be dreadful - Prone to skype cronyism and bias, or something...

So along came technerf!

This is a little off topic though..

The thread is based around a comment from Kazinsal

our intent behind stating "Zoners cannot support battleships" is better to be interpreted as "The people of the Zoner label cannot as a whole support a house-military sized fleet of heavy warships".

It set me wondering about who else might not be able to support a house sized fleet - or indeed any sized fleet - of heavy warships.
