A logical and streamlined compromise - remove BSes from all non-house entities.
It might even the playing field amongst Borderworld and Omicron factions.
Since realism has become fashionable, I think it should be applied as fairly as possible.
And while we're at it, remove cloaks from everyone except the Order, The Core and the Nomads, remove JDs from non-combat vessels and remove goofy buffer zones that just keep players apart.
