Dear employees and members of the Board,

Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once. Usually I don't do this, but today I decided to speak with all of you, whatever is the position you have in our company. It's been two weeks since I took the leadership of this corporation, enough time to understand what must be done for a real revitalization of the Orbital Spa and Cruise. Although it is too soon to comment on the results, I can say that we managed to create a basic structure. However, during this short period, I've received complaints regarding the manner I leaded this company so far.

First of all, please forgive my tone that may seem a bit severe. Probably, I'll be accused for my attitude but I'm not going to change it. I don't know what vision had the former CEO. I'd be lying if I'll say that I'm care too much if you like me or not. I saw that some of you don't know yet why I'm in this position! Therefore, I feel the need to clarify some things. Every time, I tried to listen each opinion. I wanted to give everyone a chance to prove own abilities. In fact, my main concern it was to identify the right people to fill leadership positions in our Board. As you may see, now we have no less than seven members in the Board of Directors and five of them with executive powers. Even though some have seen this with skepticism, I went on the assumption that a structure with many members could be more efficient in allocation of daily responsibilities. And just to be clear: this structure will be kept for at least 30 days. In April, depending on the results, I will decide if it will be changed. So... I don't want to hear any other comments regarding this subject!

Now, I want to emphasize the fact that henceforth, I'm very determined to supervise the activity of each employee. Keep in your mind that those who were appointed in the Board of Directors, are not there for their entire life. They can be replaced at any point and any of you could be promoted if I'll consider that you deserve it. On the other hand, to be a member of our company is not an obligation, is a privilege! From my previous experience as the CEO of the Liberty Trade Shipping company, I learned something that I'll never forget: the lack of a development plan, a clear allocation of responsibilities and a poor coordination, could lead us to a chaotic activity, with long-termn negative effects for our company. I'm not willing to let this happen! At least, not as long as I'm the CEO of this corporation.

So... taking in consideration that we are still at the beginning, I will present you a development plan that details exactly which are our main goals, what we must to do and what are my expectations. Please try to understand that we are different from other companies. The Orbital Spa and Cruise is an unique corporation. I believe that we have a huge advantage over any potential competitor on the leisure market. With a tradition of over three centuries, we are able to offer the best leisure services and we should exploit that. This is why I decided to create a Marketing Department. People from all over the Sirius must find out about the quality of our services. And this is the main responsibility of our Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Thomas Bryant. His role is extremely important. We need advertising campaigns to build public awareness generated acceptance, and encourage use of our services by civilians, dignitaries, tourists or vacationers from the entire Sirius.

The Orbital Spa and Cruise corporation is still perceived as a Liberty one. And yes, I know... Due to our origins, this will be an obstacle for our vessels, in their attempt to travel through those systems governed by entities that are hostile toward the Liberty authorities. However, with a good diplomacy, perseverance and discretion, I'm sure that we will become in future, a kind of independent corporation with access granted in the main five houses. Don't forget that in almost all systems are rich people who can afford traveling aboard of a luxury liner and the Orbital Spa and Cruise should become their first choice, no matter if they are gallics, bretonians, kusarians or rheilanders. All that matters to us is to keep on their lips, in their minds, in their thoughts, the Orbital Spa and Cruise name as the first option, every time when they plan to schedule vacancies or leisure trips. We have all what they want: luxury hotels, exotic islands, huge casinos, spas, restaurants... So, we should always be there with the best offers!

As you may know, currently, the Gallics corporations and authorities are reluctant to our company, due to the tense political situation. Therefore, it is recommended avoidance of any interaction with this house. Considering the possible consequences that could result in case that our allies will find out about our intention to extend the Orbital Spa and Cruise operations in Gallic space, this very sensitive problem will be the task of the present Chief Communication Officer, Mr. Nate Clancy, in close collaboration with me and our Chairman, Mr. Christopher Ashe, because is not desired a jeopardize of the current relationships. Anyway, you should do not expect to see immediate changes in this regard. It is a long-term goal and requires time. But I assure you, behind the closed doors, we will do all our best as in future, to include in the Orbital Spa and Cruise itineraries, leisure locations from the Gallic space. We're also looking for a proper place where we intend, in next months, to establish a new luxury liner that will serve as a new destination for our clients. If this attempt will fail, a second alternative could be the building of a private facility, somewhere near to Gallic space. However, I repeat: these are plans that does not concern you directly. At least, not yet. Are mentioned only as a proof that my intention is to be transparent, as much as possible, with all employees.

Meanwhile, another delicate subject are those rumors about our businesses with some more or less lawful groups, particularly related to sorted artifacts. It is believed that with our consent, on board the Luxury Liner Hawaii, artifact shipments from the Corsairs are sorted by Hogosha appraisers into allotments based on their anticipated sale value and the most highly valued items are then repackaged into custom made display cases in order to be distributed to discrete dealers who specialize in marketing to wealthy collectors. Well... are just rumors, ok? I admit that we had some recent incidents and our Security Department leaded by the Chief Security Officer, Mr. Joshua Wood, has already taken measures in order to avoid similar events. However, it is almost impossible to check all flights departing from and arriving at the Luxury Liner Hawaii. So... I'm aware that may happen again. Of course, we do not agree with this but... we all know how expensive can be the maintenance of a luxury liner and the substantial profit resulted from such businesses can be very attractive, even for our captains.

As part of our short-term plans, I would like to see a better synchronisation between Luxury/Transportation and Security division. In this matter, an important role is assigned to Ms. Dannielle Collins, the current Chief Operations Officer. I'll make sure that she will have all what is needed for organizing of convoys. But any of you are free to announce in our Special Events channel all scheduled trips. If you will specify the time and location, other members will have the opportunity to assist you. I remembered that an employee asked me if is allowed to use his vessel for personal business. As long as you'll not have a certain task from your superiors, yes. You may fly wherever you want, but is better to send an announcement with at least 72 hours before starting your trip, using the "Special Events" channel, with some details about the route and the content of your cargo.

On the other hand, yesterday, being in a secret mission with a freelancer, I saw a "OS&C|" vessel with an unknown call-sign. And this makes me to take another important decision: imposing of a new mandatory rule for all employees. From now on, between 1 and 21 of each month, all captains and officers shall to provide all the required details about their ships, including a visual evidence of the time spent in space, via our new "Ships Database" channel. Those who not complying with this rule, will have other 7 days, as a grace period and from the first day of the next month will be the subject of dismissal from the Orbital Spa and Cruise. By the way, is an action that can be made in just a few minutes, so... excuses are not accepted. I've said it before and repeat it again: I hate to see chaos in this company! We need to know exactly how many ships we have in case that will be need to bring them all for a large-scale action.

With the risk to become boring, I am again talking about your role in this corporation. Don't forget that I'm not willing anymore to accept any kind of new employees, no matter if they are friends to any of you. They will be employed only with my written approval and no other member of our Board does not have the right to sign their employment contract. As newcomers, especially in the security division, they should be tested in the specialized training sessions. Also, from what I heard, some of you don't have enough money for purchasing of a proper OS&C vessel. If this is true, please tell us in our "Internal Communications" channel and we will find a way to help you.

Oh... and... I didn't asked so far to have a minimum number of reports per month for each employee. But I cannot remain impassive and see, with a few exceptions, how the most of our vessels are staying more docked in various places, instead to make their presence felt in space. Therefore, is good to know that I expect more reports about how are used our ships.

Before ending my short statement, I would like to inform all members of the Board that tomorrow will be send a list with all responsibilities and two clear missions that must be completed this month, to each of you. Please note that all are very important for the future of the Orbital Spa and Cruise and I'm counting on the fact that will be fulfilled successfully.
