Order ZoI

Balter, ZoI is Zone of Influence, not ownership. Just like how both GMG, ALG, Junkers, Outcasts, Blood Dragons and Corsairs all have a ZoI in Sigma-13. Outcasts near the Sig-19 JH, Gas Miner Naha, and Honshu JG. GMG near Gas Miners, especially Naha, and Honshu JG/JH, and Chugoku JH. ALG near Helgoland and Frankfurt JG. Junkers near Ner Berlin JH, and Yanagi. Blood Dragons near Chugoku JH. Corsairs in the southern half of the system, around trade lanes and JHs.

An example of ownership is Omicron Alpha, Theta, and Gamma.
Outcasts fully own Alpha. They own every base in the system.
Corsairs fully own Gamma. They own every base in the system.
Zoners fully own Theta. They own every base in the system.

Now, factions can still have a ZoI in an owned system, just like there are BHG and Corsair NPCs in Theta, but they don't have any ownership of the system, its solely owned by Zoners.

ZoI just states where you can go within RP. Ownership is places where your RP says you can be a police force and such. For the Order, thats Omicron Minor.
