Guten Tag, Herr Shrupp.

I´m detektiv Laura Carsten and your application in Rheinland Barge Registry landed on my desk because my colleague is out of duty due to illness, so I was tasked to handle it instead of him. I don´t usually handle barge registry applications...but I hope we can manage it together and find mutual understanding.

I looked into files and from what I saw, your application was not processed yet for two reasons. First and main one is incomplete information about your intended cargo and its destinations. As Kommissar Heinrichs previously said - to quote: "until you hand in detailed information about Republican's intended cargo, the registration for both Barges is denied."

Unfortunately, so far you still didn´t do it. Maybe it was not stressed enough before, but you really have to be specific. So far, we got only information that you - to quote herr Smirnoff "don't plan to transport any cargo within Rheinland except for the materials necessary for construction Kiel Space Port and supply" and "we are going to carry out transportation of Aluminium Ore and Uncut Diamonds from Rheinland to Gallia. If the Kruger corporation asks us, we probably also will render transport services in ore transportation." and in the latest message herr Smirnoff said that "plans concerning use barge ships didn't change. We are going to use these vessels only for Ore transportation."

We are sorry but this really isn´t specific enough. And unfortunately you did not correct it in your last application, herr Shrupp, because "goods related to base maintainance and operation, various types of lucrative ores" really isn´t specific enough. So let me show what we expect and help you to solve this problem. Because you want to transport multiple types of cargo, best option according to current barge regulations is to use form RBR-12A. It looks like this...

This example of filled form should help you to give us all information we need to process your application. We need to know all commodities which your barges will carry and especially all stations where it will be mooring or moving around closely. As you know, these ultra large vessels need special attitude when it comes to traffic control in the area where they are flying and mooring. You have to understand that we can´t let freely move something what is bigger than battleship in same way as common transports. All involved personnel must be informed that barge can be moving in their area of duty and they have to be trained for such situation and all complications which may occur.

Anyway, I was talking so far about reason one, now to reason two. You mentioned using capital ships with jump drives for direct jumps between systems with your barges. Earlier you proposed as -jumpers- Zoner capital ships, now you said you want to use "only legal rhienland carriers" named Talbot, Fochinit and UltraSonic. To be honest we are little surprised that military can let even three of their carriers to don´t be in usual duty and instead serve for you as jump ships. Can you, bitte, send us copy of agreement with military about this? Also, if you want to jump into another houses, we need copy of agreement with their government or military that you are allowed to enter their space with Rheinland military capital ships. I hope you understand we have to be sure that no diplomatic mess will happen.
