Hey guys, after messing around in Photoshop for a bit I created this:

I think it might be a good poster for recruitment (for the recruitment thread).

I might improve on it if I get any ideas, if anyone has feedback, than feel free to post it!

EDIT: I did not create the picture used in the poster, that image can be found here.
