Guten Tag Frau respektiert,

As I had apprised you in my last transmission, that I will be the one now communicating with the Rheinland Federal Polizei on the registry matters. As for before, I was not handed the registry issue so, any applications/transmissions prior to mine is out of knowledge for me.

As I noticed you were surprised to see us apply for our Barge registry before the Jumpships and their agreements, I can reply to the aforesaid as we have cleared out all deals with the captains and all necessary repairs, equipments for the Barge, it was decided to apply for registration rather than waiting for the accessorial ships to be registered.

And I think the decision was helpful as we know the government has lot of paper works and it might take time, which they have and they did take 3 months, isn't it madam ? *Smiles*

The information about using the form RBR-12A for registering the ships was ...well... I can say, is due to my habit of being at the safer side ... I tried to be cogitative and used the "form pattern" for sending the details. I hope thats not an issue ... is it ?
