You gotta be joking, and with the new rules on core upgrades you literally handi-cap the owners to wait, meanwhile the strongest core an indie can get is still liable for destruction in 1 hour - How does that exactly stand with earlier statements such as " we try to make sure that the amount of time spent equals to the amount it takes to destroy one " - Reducing the stuff is merely cosmetic.
