Well, For a core 4 base to be built now days, I think the local active forces would be friendly and in contract with the POB owners to not destroy the base, wouldn't they ? So, there's mostly negligible chances for the POB to get destroyed.

& I wonder about Core 4 bases already placed in horrific positions and their owners who are angry now (if there are), to them, a core 4 base won't be having defence platforms ?? Wouldn't it damage the Battleship groups, I had heard those weapons are quite painful for Battleships.
