Listening to the woman speak, looking more and more.. different with each second. Perhaps Ellie could relate the look to even fear. It obviously did not bode well too well for the young girl as she hears Ellie openly reject her, and merely degrade herself even more. Just because it's what she believed.
"Iota.. I have heard that name before, although I don't know anything about it.. Whatever it is.." Putting a hand against her chest, right over the talisman that she was wearing.
"What do you mean what future do you have.." Saying in a monotone voice, looking straight down at the ground. "You still have one, you merely can't let go.. So what if horrifying things have happened in the past, as far as I can understand from how people act, that happens to 'everyone' at some point in their life. Some more intense than the others.. But this.."
Clenching both of her hands into fists. "Holding on this tight, merely to accept going crazy just because you don't know how to deal with it!?"
Springing up to her feet, looking slightly angry right now. "'yes' you are bothering me right now, how the heck can you still think like that? What recently has occurred to bring you down. You know what, I don't think anything has! Why can't you just.. be indifferent, and work to becoming 'happier' than merely accepting it!"
Taking a step back. "Your family was killed. Fine. I was DISOWNED by mine when I was 'six'. I've been through hell, and right back out because I found someone to cling to, I really, really detest people like you are right now, who merely thinks 'giving up' the right way to live out that little life of yours!"
Breathing slightly heavily, livid in what she feels Ellies thought process is like. Finding it slightly difficult to calm herself since these feelings which was running through her head were almost foreign to her.
She can relate slightly to a scale on what the older woman has felt, and it infuriated her that she is still stuck in the past.
