Best Transport/Freighter to Pirate in?

If you wanna make demands,cause some mess,shoot the lowlifes and be a criminal, why don't you simply make a Pirate IDed ship and be independent? Fly as you like,wherever you want, and do whatever you want And kill whoever you want?

Because a Pirate ID sucks. Unlimited ZOI in exchange for having little to nowhere to dock safely. Freeports, freelancer stations and the odd unlawful base. At least a Junker has their places they can pirate and places they're safe to just go about their business like regular civilians. I can't even believe they used to have ID's be OORP, since they second you'd mount a Pirate ID it seems all of Sirius just magically knew who you were automatically and treated you as hostile for no reason whatsoever.
