Turn off POB Damage due to Unstable Servers

EDIT:

Player bases and player characters are stored separately within the database, so even if we do decide to apply a rollback to POBs, it will not effect the player characters/ships, so players would not need to worry about losing their progress on the server.

There you have it. Whenever they wring the gremlins from the system, all will be well. It will be like a time travel episode of star trek where in the end they go back to the beginning and none of it even happened.
