A quick note today, Lieutenant Anthony Robson is now the Executive Officer of the Merchant Navy. Feel free to talk to him about any matters that may concern you. As the Second in Command, he will be in charge when I am away or for other causes which will be made clear when the time comes.

On a side note, I shall be looking for a Recruitment Officer with the Lieutenant to govern our new recruits.
