Hello there. Recently I bought a new PC and decided to re-install Freelancer on it. Everything went well until I came to multiplayer as it asked for an ID and in the box where the ID should be it was blank. So I tried to sort it out but couldn't and then I found this thread.
Thinking it was sorted I did everything this thread says to do and yet it still doesn't work. I generate the ID but I have no idea where to save it as it can't find a FAM and I can't find FAM myself to save it into. If anyone could help it would be really appreciated thank you.
Also my new system is Windows 7 if that matters.
Edit: Sweet mother of everything that is holy. I can't believe that I posted this without realising you had to download FAM.
Well I downloaded FAm got the account working but now when it searches for any internet games it just says connecting and doesn't change. Looks like il not be playing Freelancer online again...
