If the Ravenclaw gets reduced agility than the Talon does as well. It has almost the same manuverability as the eagle but has 6 lvl 10 guns. both ravenclaw and talon need a bit reduced agility but the weapons don't need changed. Oh and the 6000 extra hull on the Titan does help when multiplied by armor upgrades.
Even still atm the Eagle is still the most manuverable VHF there is, as it should stay, and can beat both ships.
