(The message contains only video data which appears to be an ad for a pharmaceutical product supposed to enhance the size and performance of a certain specific male organ, but when the data is interpreted as alphanumeric characters, somewhere embedded amongst the unintelligble bytes, the following text can be read:)

Trusting that you will be monitoring any and all transmission into and out of this system with extreme scrutiny, I am confident this message will reach you eventually. I have hidden it within one of the many millions of advertisements that are flooding the servers of this station daily, knowing from experience that the chances of these being checked thoroughly enough by security to detect this message are negligible. Even so, I will refrain from using any names of specific places or persons and will for the moment be known to you only by the fictitious moniker Max Power.

Being a strong antipathist of corporate syndicates in general I have nevertheless worked for one which is all too well-known to you for several years now, since it is hard to survive in Liberty without being in some direct or indirect way in the employ of one of the "Big Three" or their lackeys. Due to my expertise and background I have found myself in a position with relatively easy access to information of a confidential nature. Over the years I have gathered quite a bit of damaging evidence of the more shocking and appalling practices, as well as some extremely valuable intel when in possession of the right persons.

I have therefore decided that the moment is right for me to cut my ties to the corporate machine and start to fight for my ideals, which include most prominently a freedom of information, which is decreasing at an alarming rate in currect day Liberty. Having known of your organization since I was a teenager and secretely fancying your self-styled revolution of intellectual freedom, I have decided to finally take my chances and apply to join your cause.

I must admit that my experience as a fighter pilot is virtually non-existent, but programming droids being something of an out-of-control hobby of mine, my knowledge of scripted AI systems allows me to make any craft almost completely fly itself by automated processes, requiring very little skill and input from the pilot.

In order to facilitate a reply I will be sending another message like this exactly 43.6 standard Sirian time units following this one, to a non-existent address at this station, allowing you to piggyback your reply on the automatic NDR.
