No.

Rebuilding the faction's infrastructure has likely cost years in real playing time. Bases add to that.

I do not want to remake 22 IMG| accounts, nor lose all my other 15 accounts full of trasured ships that allow me to pretty much play where the action is. Only because of the many accounts, ships and choices I still find the game good fun.
