Just want to ask again - would you kindly post an actual screenshot of your ships' repsheet in earnest? I have heard reports that the various bases around New York - including Navy - didn't shoot you - indicating that you aren't actually hostile to the factions you've been hunting.
As much as I dislike taking a negative tone and want to see groups do well, I'd say the faction may not be off to a good start. If the use of the BHG ID is primarily to acquire BHG tech (especially the Bottlenose, which is already fine at 75% core) and hunt low rank players (especially traders), it's going to be met with certain opinions.
Again, the Freelancer ID is probably the prudent choice. Though it's entirely your decision and you don't have to compromise by any means, kindly consider it.
