Begining of the end

The one Phantom leader had grabbed a hold of a ledge a bit down from the window. The hit on his chest smoked slightly, the blaster burning away the outer layer of his armor.
I'm really starting to detest that man... He pulled himself up a bit untill he was just below the shattered window. He pulled a grenade out from his vest and thumbed the activation tab. Then he vaulted through the window, landded, tossed the grenade, and sprung at Raf'el. The grenade started hissing, and the nerve gas that other Phantoms in the city were using spewed out into the hall. The leader grabbed Raf'el by the shirt, and dragged him back with suprising quickness. The deadly airborn poisons filled the hall while the leader dragged Raf'el back into cover, all the while calling a friend.
"La mort? It's Black. Get a ship out here now. One of the Lords is hurt."
"Roger that. I will be there in a few minutes."

With him safe, he unlimbered his assault rifle again and fired the rest of his clip into the hall, making the air sing with deadly hornets of lead. The Chancellor had wisely dissapeared as soon as the grenade hit, leaving Alpha alone in the hall filling with nerve gas and bullets.
