The curtain comes down on Bryants' career as a promising Chief Communications Officer. He was fed up with the way things were going along there. He could have never pleased the employees of the company to vote for him, since the one with more contacts and friends inside the corporation was clearly bound to be the winner. It was never a battle of potential and hardwork. It was instead "one with more friends win" type of elections. And he clearly felt let down, for having to sweat it out and give his everything, for a group of people like them.

He was aboard the Luxury Liner Hawaii, by the time he sent out his last words to the corporation that he thought to be his home. He glanced across the colorful atmosphere of Planet Hiran. He had come here with a purpose. Thoughts rushed down like a streamlined flow of water. He was pretty much aware of the path he was about to go on. And he clearly loved that, since he was sure that, the people he is about to meet, are very different than the ones he had seen in his time as the CCO back in Curacao. Selfless people, those who were not affected by the pollution that is known as money and political influence, and those who acknowledged favours and help being done to them by anyone.

He rejoiced at the beauty of the edge systems, since his days as an independant negotiator, moving through the border worlds and occasionally the edge worlds of Sigma 17 and Omicron Theta. And even more was happy at the thought that he is going to be spending the rest of his life, till eternity, here. Various kinds of emotions filled up in his head, and he was never a bit sad about his decision to walk out on OS&C, unlike he spoke of there. He was to now enquire about his arrival to there. New challenges awaited him, and he was ready to face the real tests of his life.
