It was nearly a month after he reached Luxury Liner Hawaii. He bought food rations to the corsairs occasionally and sometimes, went on a visit to the Freeport 9, to meet his old friends who still stay there. He was spending his life quite peacefully. But there was supposedly no thrills or adventurous incidents in his time at the Luxury Liner Hawaii.

This was the time, when he heard of a certain Derek Silverthorn, a man with quite a bit of mystery to his name. The rumours were running aroundHawaii due to an advertisement that was displayed on the bar....The Network, supposedly, an underworld crime syndicate, smuggling and working under the noses of lawfuls. And Derek was the man, who was leading the group, which he preferrably calls, the floatilla.

Though Bryant was not used to such an atmosphere of underworld dealings and shady way of life, he was quite impressed at the way this man, Derek Silverthorn had rumours about him. He took time in seeing what this group was about, and potentially become a part of this group...to reignite the spark and thrill in his life, which has been missing in the past few days. Rather, he wanted to come out of the dull life that he was leading till now.

Bryant had a decision to make, to either shed down his past, and follow the path where he wishes to go, or to continue being a respectable figure in the business community that once, he was a driving force in.
