Because they're not small at all. Because they got bases all around Sirius in real hot spots. Because they developed capital ships in cooperation with a militarized mini-house and why not use them if they have access to them.

Junkers have even deeper connections and more bases all across Sirius. Where's our battleship? )))
Same can be said for numerous other factions. Hell, even GMG is more likely to have a battleship, yet, they don't have a single cap. Not even a gunboat.
