well our routs aint the most profitable ones too. but hell, its just for RP reasons. lets be honest here - why should like two heavy fighters guard an oxygen transport;)

Remember Corsairs attack the IMG base in Omega 7. The IMG has relations with the Mollys, Hessians and Lane Hackers because of sympathy/empathy towards their causes/oppressors. I don't see any reason why IMG should be neutral with the Corsairs, let alone friendly with them... Just because you hate the Outcasts, doesn't mean you're an amigo to the 'sairs.

Secondly, you should put Gateway on the allied list. Gateway is a Bretonnian shipping company that takes goods to and from the border worlds. I have a small-time Gateway trader, so I'd love to have your assistance if you get approved.

About the KNF... Well, aren't the IMG friends with them because they are driving out the oppressive BMM from the Tau systems?
Also, why are you friendly with the Gaians? I thought they would hate anyone who rips apart beautiful -asteroids:P.

I don't know why the UOG want to be hostile to you, they use the Hood for supplies and gambling. The IMG sympathises with the Molly's oppression from BMM, so they should be neutral/ somewhat friendly.

About the naming system... It could get a bit tedious, with players having to make new characters when they get promoted. Could get out of hand pretty soon...

About your roleplay about the Kusari war: are the IMG really worried about it? I thought they would like to see BMM smashed out of the Taus, so they could mine the systems in peace. But I haven't read any of the IMG infocards.

Weapons list... Fine, but you do not want Gaian weapons. They are absolutely trash. Vampires (the class 9 right?) are better and more in-rp.

Ship List... I'd love for the IMG faction to only use a Albatross as a Flagship, with the rest of the combat forces being fighters, bombers and a few (aka limited) IMG gunboats. You don't need battleships, they'd be (in-rp and in-game) impractical to move through the asteroid fields.

That's what I thought. A good first try, but some diplomacy issues need to be sorted out.

you made a good post there! my comments:

- i agree on most parts. if we were NOT hostile to the corsairs, the mollys would just KILL us in dublin and we could forget our gold-mining-operations. i did some resarch on that.

- And Gateway should be friendly but not allied (allthough i only found some at omega-7 on the freistadt base);)

- unfortunately our allies are the CR:D- thats why we are hostile to the .:UoG:.

- yea well but our influence in bretonia is way bigger then in kusari and we really dont want to loose that. we also dont feel happy about the kusari forces stationed at holman - we would like to be more neutral-looking here. on a personal note: of course we would enjoy the kusari kicking out the BMM ;D - but well, then we might have to struggle with the Kusari coops there, so it wouldnt be thaaaat great anyway.

- i totally agree on the BS stuff you were talking about. theoreticly, as things are right now, we could have 3(!) BS for each advisory member. even though i never use such bloody cr*p we have a real whoring potential here - but beeing poor its no big deal. and if we get more members it should be rather balanced than cap-whory. we may use it wisely though. like for representing reasons at places with cheeky pirates: in Magellan for example. its a really good method to keep the pirats neutral and non-taxy near to our freeport;). so lets see how it develops .. :/

and i totally agree on that name-thing you were talking about.

Edit:

being a factions thats mostly found in the borderworlds, we should allow two codenames for each fighter, i think.
