Well today was very awarding, it started with the Chief organizing a patrol to secure USI's often used trade routes. We were separated into two groups, Alpha and Beta Wings. I was in charge of Beta wing and we split off into different directions. Beta Wing includedSecurity Officer [*USI*]C.Brown[SO] and [*USI*]A.Raybern[SSO]Alpha Wing included[*USI*]T.Marwick[CSO] and [*USI*]E,Hazard[CA]We patrolled New York system and everything seemed clear. Once we reached the California system we ran into a Pirate transport code namedSly.Foxhe cooperated and we escorted him out of system but he left with a warning saying "Ill be back and better armed" he entered Cortez and we left him at that. After leaving the system we were in New York again and ran into a freelance pirate named Pirate|Peter we were alerting authorities saying he was not allowed in Liberty and needed to be arrested. He wasnt to fond of that cause he soon opened fire on our Cadet. I looked to the Chief for an order he cleared us to engage. We were able to take him down but soon after a Lane Hacker arrived and began to open fire he was code named enemy I was ordered to supply covering fire for us to pull back to West Point. Once Brown and Hazard were cleared the Chief ordered me to pull back and he soon followed. Once everyone was accounted for we entered Pennsylvania and to our surprise we ran intoSly.Fox this time he was carrying "slaves" he forced our hand and was terminated. The Chief then ordered me to get a transport to rescue the refugees in there pods floating in space. I relocated them on Planet Erie at the LPI HQ refugee camp. That ended my patrol. A very good day in saving the lives of others.
