Bretonian RP - Stagnant? New Ideas? Pushing the line?

Both of these events are too significant to be roleplayed without Admin approval. The former is questionable since it eliminates a major reason for the Molly faction's existence, and the latter is so huge that it'd probably take a mod version update to properly portray.

Then a better question to ask is "What did the Admin team have in mind when they began the Gallic invasion?"

What was the intended path for the gameplay here? Was it to be an endless war? Gallia has essentially been forced on the community and now the players are being told "Deal with it." and being left with the mess of resolving its existence and implications. At least that's how it reads to me.

The people with the original answer to that question have long since left Discovery - if there was even a plan for that far into the future at all.

Edit: I am under the impression that the Gallic invasion would eventually be repelled, but I can't remember if that idea was formed from popular opinion or an official plan.
