It depends what transport you are shooting. If its a Cap 8 Bison/Shire/Uruz/Akegata, you probably won't kill it in time. That or it will kill you instead. If it's something like a 5ker ( has barely any guns ), you have a chance at killing it, but not with a bomber like Touketsu. If you want to pirate in a Bomber, use a Waran. Waran is sleek for a heavy bomber, has very good powercore, so you shouldn't have a problem with killing most transports.

But you have to remember, pirating in a bomber, makes you a easy target for mercenaries/bunters, and lawfuls. Annd of course if Transports have escorts ( which is rare ).
