The idea is to defend your flagship so you'll need something to cover it. As well, you need to place your Flagship in a place where it'll be very hard to find. This makes the event longer and more fun in trying to find it. Both teams will be sending out scouts to find the other flagship so they'll most likely be brawls all across the system. Plus, i've lowered the amount of gunboats and destroyers by one.
