Out transport vessel [KNF]Akita-maru reported an encounter with a Kempeitai operative, designation I-401 . It is apparent from several communications from Naval Forcesand Kusari Police agents that the Kempeitai, or at least one of it's active divisions is steeping up on inter-branch surveillance efforts. Might be hints that they may know something is about to happen, or suspect someone will attempt a plot. I advise all pilots to redouble their careful watch when on patrol.

At the same time, a freelancer transport XenOn-(C ) passed by, carrying regulated base materials. Our captain tried to interrogate the pilot, but since he was in the middle of a mission of his own, he couldn't chase the transport when it tried to run away.

All transports with the designation XenOn should be stopped and questioned henceforth, and a fine for past violations of the law be applied on them.

The previous report is forwarded to the RKS| agency, as well to all acting Kusari State Police officers.

Following a report from our colleagues of the Kusari Territorial Police, we dispatched a wing to verify this intel.
Lieutenant Naoki Seok flew to the Kepler system and located the base.
While it is located within the Kusari zone of influence, we have not received any prior transmission regarding it's existence, and the docking systems do not allow entrance to the pilots we have sent.

While we have no restrictions about building outside Kusari sovereign territory, we do not know who is operating such a base so close to our borders, and if it has the potential to harbor criminals and enemies of Kusari.

Our intelligence division recommends obtaining more information through communications channels, either to the still unknown owners of the station, and to the Liberty authorities, considering the security issues of our common border.
These steps should be taken before committing assets to either, interdict, capture or destroy the infrastructure.

Visual recordings of the base are awaiting Intelligence division clearance before being presented.

On the return trip, Lieutenant Naoki Seok, reported sightings of a GC pilot hanging around the lanes in the Shikoku system. The suspect declared that it was attempting to engage traders in begging and petty piracy actions, to which Seok ordered the GC to either leave, or to surrender to the Ohashi Border station.



The pilot called \W/~Sannin refused to leave or surrender, and a skirmish started, on which Seok managed to take down the "Marauder" heavy fighter.
