Set up a zoner IFF base right next to the end of a valuable trade route, dock your whale there, sell goods to POB for 1 cred each, switch toons to <3600 cargo, buy back cargo for 1 cred each, and make 2 quick 1 minute trips to sell point.

This is ultimately pointless as far as the initial investment goes. Especially that this base would get blown up right away if it were in house space.
