Because in the past Admins stated that you can fly two of your ships by yourself (multibox) if you use it strictly only for equipment exchange (when you don't have any other options) and for the short time needed for the exchange, despite the rule wording being the very same.

So I wouldn't even try mate. Best not to test the admins themselves, but the anti-cheat software is even harsher.
