Ashlea nodded slightly before dropping her gaze again. She didn't let his hand go, but she wasn't sure whether to take the silence as a good thing or her overstepping the boundaries. She looked up at him again when he brushed her hair out of her eyes and noticed him go to say something, before stopping. Biting her lip, she was wanting to know what he was thinking.
She sighed, torn between what she wanted to do and what she didn't want to have happen as a result of this. She wanted to be close to him, to feel his touch, she earlier she had said she didn't want the night to end, but this moment - she was happy, the butterflys in her stomach were a new feeling, like nothing she had ever felt before and she was enjoying it. But, the last thing she wanted to do was to upset him. "I'm sorry." She mumbled "I should go..." She made no attempt to leave and after a few moments of silence she gently brushed his jawline with her thumb, quietly admitting "I don't want to go."
