PMing random people ingame and saying "hey dude, do you want to join RPP?" and then saying "well, do you wanna join?" when they ask for more info isnt the best recruitment method.

Well, how do you expect from people to join, if the faction is still only an idea for yourself? How can they decide if there is literally no info on the faction? Important things: what ID/IFF do you use? What is your diplomacy? What are your goals (a bit more details than "trying to estabilish the Pegasus Republic")? What ships are you allowed to use?

Anyway, where and how do you want to establish this Republic in the Omegas? In O3 and O7 Bretonia and Liberty will be against you. The "wild" omegas are occupied by Corsairs, Hessians, Zoners.
