Keibu Matsuda here. As soon as I undocked from New Tokyo, I was greeted by the sight of a Freelancer being harassed by two KTA vessels. The Freelancer was carrying an artifact, which the KTA decided it was cause enough to threaten to open fire on the civilian. Luckily enough for the Freelancer, I took charge of the situation.
She seemed traumtized, which only seems fair when she was being threatened by two heavily armed vessels, but was cooperative enough with me. She did not wish to keep her artifact, claiming that the fact it was on board of her ship was in itself an accident. Since it was such a minor offence, I simply confiscated the item from her. All the while, the KTA did not stop its aggressive behavior, weapons armed and ready to open fire, despite my warnings and requests for them to leave the area.
They were indeed quite opposed to the fact that I would keep the artifact for analyze, rather than simply destroy it, despite my attempts at being rational with them. Right this moment, only to make things even more complicated, a Kishirop liner with an unregistered Cloaking device popped out of nowhere next to us, which I promplty fined and ordered to drydock on Roppongi until it acquired a proper licence to own his Cloaking device. All the while, of course, the KTA was still trying to tell me how to do my job.
