I'd think it would be a common courtesy to give some 'constructive criticism' to someone else who is attempting to work on a faction of their own. Not outright stating that it's horrible, without any advice on how to improve it.

There's 4 pages of people trying to give tips on how he can change and improve on his ideas, with the player only shutting his eyes and covering his ears at any kind of criticism that is given to him. At one point, you have to go down and explain the root of the issues.
I'm even volunteering to join his group to help him out and help him improve. In fact, I'll write an application right now, no matter how horrible I'll feel afterwards.
