Previously, you named a few NPC bases to initiate attacks from. Later you removed that statement from the original post, but I suppose you still want to stage attacks. I have 2 questions regarding this:
1. Who do you want to launch attacks against? As of yet, you have no hostile factions listed.
2. How do you plan to stage attack with Freelancer ID-d ships? Freelancer ID-d characters can attack only in self-defense, in defense of an onther ships during an escort contract, or during collecting valid bounties (for which you have to sign up).

Also, do you have preset a diplmacy in mind, or you will decide relations based on in-game interactions?
