Guten Tag, officials of the Kusarian People.

I am contacting you to ask for a license for the cloaking device onboard my old Renzu Liner, the Westphalia.

I am well aware of the fact that technology like this device is not allowed to be mounted on civilian ships inside Kusari's border. An honorable officer advised me of that fact while being on my way to New Tokyo. I should have, of course, handed in a request before going into Kusarian territory, but well...nobody's perfect.

Anyways. I am simply here to let mentioned liner get scrapped on Roppongi Station by the Renzu Corporation. I bought the ship and most euqicment onboard from this company, so I felt like it is a duty to hand them over useful and recyclable materials from the vessel.

Of course, I do not have either the knowledge nor the equicment for dismounting the cloaking device myself, which I would like to keep on my new liner, the Westphalia 2, which is stationed outside Kusarian borders.

Therefore, a license for having a cloak onboard the Westphalia, until it is scrapped completly, would be necessary. A tech said the procedure will take about two weeks, since it is a rather big ship and the docks are full right now.
