Having flown a Challenger myself on numerous occasions, I'm well aware of its impressive capabilities as a heavy bomber. The increased firepower over the Upholder is already impressive, and coupled with the destructive power of four AHRIMAN plasma cannons, I am inclined to agree with your assessment of its combat capabilities.

Permission to requisition one of the leased Challenger-class bombers is granted, as well as permission to outfit it with a loadout of your choosing.
