Announcement Regarding Rule 1.2

Well to be frank, I have been running a one-man siege killing off a truckload of traders each time they log. I think that's just fine, but it might create some butthurt. That butthurt might theoretically evolve to tears, and those tears might tug the heartstrings of some admin that thinks he has the full picture and goes on a whiteknighting spree. And then I might get hit with the hammer. Before that, I was running a more or less solo-campaign against the 27th, and before that I was on the RNC side against [LN]/LNS and witnessed how several admins were unbelievably biased. I don't know any of the current admins, but rumour has it that the current team is more chummy than those of the past, and thus less balanced. I would not be surprised, but I don't know. In the light of that, the above statement of "our word is the law, and we'll mess you up even without a shred of evidence" is sketchy.

This thought I will have every time I log in. On the other hand it is my firm belief that I am doing the server a service by playing the antagonist, because if we all do the same activity, there is no reason to play. So yes, I feel guilty for playing douchebag characters, but on the other hand I think someone needs to do it. And also I think a lot of the power-hungry, money-grubbing, base-supplying power-traders are really detrimental to gameplay, but the post above makes it clear that these aren't the intended targets for this "reminder".

To sum it up: I have no clue if I am on an "obsevation list" for bad behaviour or not; but after the statement I expect a purge of sorts, and then I start to worry. Perhaps I worry for no reason at all, perhaps admins think I am playing the game the way it is meant to be played, but I don't know. Now I am just paranoid, perhaps for no reason at all, thanks to the "reminder". It was a foolish thing to post (ps. for any Scandinavians, what happened this weekend with PST/Norway is a pretty good example of why it is a terrible idea to go public with something that is meant to stay behind closed doors).
